You will help the software engineers and teams cultivate a quality mindset, advocating for quality while assisting the engineers with software development and test automation best practices. Qualifications:

We need QA Testers that: 

• Are not satisfied with the status quo 

• Push the envelope, driving efficiencies and best practices 

• Advocate for quality within cross-functional development teams 

• Are strong in both manual and automation testing practices 

• Take a practical approach to planning, developing, and implementing test strategies 

We love QA Testers that: 

• Clearly communicate and defend their ideas strategies 

• Have a passion for product quality 

• Are driven to improve, personally and professionally 

• Operate best in a fast-paced and flexible work environment 

• Proactively work with developers to address quality early in the SDLC 

• Look for opportunities to work testing automation and quality into the product development process 

• Have some experience working with major testing frameworks 

• Are experienced with agile methodologies and understand what it means to have a quality mindset in an agile environment 

 

We really like it when they: 

• Can justify why agile teams should have a dedicated QA role 

• Guide Agile Teams in improving their testing techniques 

• Share best practices that inspire everyone around them to raise the bar 

Additional Requirements and Details:

• Travel required up to 10% of the time. 

• Located and working from an office location. 

• Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.

• Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a computer, etc.). 

• Frequent sitting and/or standing.
