QA Analyst Salesforce

We are actively seeking a skilled Manual and Automation Tester with specialized knowledge in the Salesforce platform, specifically focusing on Core, Data, and Marketing (cross-cloud). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Copado testing and possess the following key skills:

• Proven experience as a Manual and Automation Tester in Salesforce environments.
• Hands-on experience with Copado testing for streamlined deployment processes.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce cross-cloud testing - MCP, Data cloud, SFMC, Service Cloud, and Marketing functionalities.
• Experience with Litmus and /or other email Testing tools
• Proficiency in test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• 5-7 years' experience as a hands-on tester within the Salesforce cross-cloud with a proven track record.
• Hands-on mobile testing experience
• Copado testing/release management preferred.
• Identify and prioritize test scenarios to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on project documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Proficient in Java, with expertise in single threading, multi-threading, and POJO scripting, as well as JS scripting.
• Demonstrated ability to build and enhance automation frameworks, showcasing a strong working knowledge of framework development.
• Solid understanding of JAVA core concepts to effectively contribute to testing activities.
• Custom reporting proficiency, including Extent embedding on Cucumber, integrating graphs into BDD reports, and familiarity with reporting tools like Kibana.
• Experience with automation frameworks and comprehensive knowledge of cloud technologies.
• Proven expertise in mobile testing, encompassing Android, iOS, AVD, and Xcode, utilizing Appium for both Native and Hybrid apps. Additionally, experience in web-based mobile testing for varying API levels is essential.
• Hands-on experience with the Rest Assured automation framework, showcasing proficiency in handling JSON objects and executing GET, PUT, POST, and DELETE protocols.
