Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with community resources and local organizations to ensure that services are relevant, accessible, and meet the needs of diverse populations.
Provide support and education to patients and their families, integrating cultural perspectives into mental health care practices.
Commit to ongoing learning and professional growth, staying informed on cultural competencies and the evolving dynamics of mental health in diverse communities.
Qualifications:

If you're passionate about making a difference in mental health care while embracing the rich diversity of the communities you serve, we'd love to have you join our team. Our goal is to create a supportive, inclusive environment for both patients and team members, where all voices are valued, and cultural respect is at the heart of everything we do.
