In this role, you will put your relationship building and analytical skills to the test. You'll interact with providers and report on behalf of the provider database during wider ranging IT projects. You'll be part of a fast-paced, data driven organization where accuracy and performance are highly valued.
**Schedule** : Monday to Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM
**Location** : Remote - California

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Help manage provider data and maintain and improve databases
+ Report and extract data for various reports and analyses
+ Help develop/maintain standards for database integrity and quality assurance
+ Coordinate corrective activities to clean database and retain users
+ Assist in audits and data quality improvement initiatives

**Required Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
+ 1+ years of customer service experience
+ Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years of experience in the health care industry
+ 2+ years of claims/data entry experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
