Job Description
OP is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager/Scrum Master with extensive experience leading technical teams for a global automotive company. This resource will lead and support multiple ongoing projects within the Information Security domain. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively coordinate with technical teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and act as the face of the team at the departmental level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent Information Security projects, ensuring alignment with business and compliance goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, Scrum Masters, vendors, and program-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, track, and deliver project milestones across onshore and offshore environments.
- Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and resource coordination for complex technical initiatives, particularly in the identity and access management domain (e.g., SailPoint, ForgeRock).
- Serve as the face of the team at the departmental level, providing leadership presence and strategic input during planning and review sessions.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and leverage strong Agile practices to ensure consistent delivery cadence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project performance, identify bottlenecks or improvement areas, and provide actionable recommendations to drive efficiency.
- Provide regular status updates to upper management, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure effective collaboration with multiple vendors and third-party partners to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirement:
- Technical Project Manager role - 5+ years of experience managing Information Security projects.
- Auto manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Experience in managing and supporting multiple ongoing projects.
- Must understand technical terms and aspects of the Information Security Arena (Sailpoint, Forgerock).
- Coordinate meeting status, point out opportunities for improvement, communicate, and give status updates to upper management.
- Strong Agile experience.
- Working with multiple vendors (offshore and onshore).
- Strong communication skills, communicating with cross-functional and program teams.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
