Fisher-Rosemount Systems, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for its offices in St. Louis, Missouri.

Job Description:


Lead and direct project teams in alignment with project objectives. Establish, identify, and secure project roles and resources. Be accountable for cultivating and establishing solid customer relationships. Independently lead projects and provide periodic oversight and guidance to less experienced Project Managers. Lead project management activities on large pursuits and projects with significant cross functionality that may be standalone projects or part of a bigger project or program. Manage project scope and financial health through management of change process. Negotiate with third party vendors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams. Have overall accountability for project scope, deliverables, schedule, budget, safety, and quality. Display high level of project management acumen through effective change control, scope control, schedule control, and risk management strategies. Part-time telecommuting permitted. Travel domestically up to 25% of the time to customer sites for design/review meetings, design information gathering, construction support, check-out, commissioning, and startup.

Requirements:


A Bachelor's degree or the foreign equivalent in Project Management or Engineering, plus six years of progressively responsible experience in a Project Management occupation are required.

The required experience must include the following:

  • 6 years of experience managing cross functional teams.
  • 6 years of experience utilizing modern digital software solutions to provide customer solutions.
  • 6 years of experience managing fixed price and reimbursable projects and reporting financials and project performance metrics to upper management.
  • 4 years of project management experience in industrial automation and DX/IIOT projects.
  • 3 years of experience simultaneously managing multiple projects across different execution domains for a Program-level client.
  • Domestic travel required up to 25% of the time.
