Responsibilities

· Conduct interviews with potential candidates

· Develop and lead your own team 

· Create and manage marketing ads across various social media platforms

· Review and analyse ads on multiple social media platforms

· Lead global training calls via Zoom

· Research new marketing ad platforms

· Daily business administration

· Participate in business system training 

· Utilize personal development and leadership programs

Ideal candidate

· Proven marketing experience

· Enjoys working remotely

· Excellent phone communication skills

· Basic computer proficiency

· Visionary and big-picture thinking

· Self-driven and proactive attitude

· Strong leadership abilities or interest in leadership

· Minimum 5 years employment experience
