Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Plant Managers to support efficient scheduling of multiple production lines and provide unwavering support of the ERP system.
- Assist shop floor supervisors with updates or changes to the production schedule.
- Enter customer purchase orders and create job orders in the Made 2 Manage system.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers as needed.
- Print production tags and labels daily for production lines.
- Enter daily labor data into the Made 2 Manage system.
- Manage Change Notice rollouts.
- Create part numbers, Bill of Materials, and update routing information.
- Generate shipping load sheets, Bills of Lading (BOL), and packing slips.
- Conduct cycle counting and inventory management tracking through the Made 2 Manage software system.
- Perform monthly inventory control and data entry.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
Compensation
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
