Indratech is a leading manufacturer dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Scheduler to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient scheduling of multiple production lines and maintaining seamless operations. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Plant Managers to support efficient scheduling of multiple production lines and provide unwavering support of the ERP system.
  • Assist shop floor supervisors with updates or changes to the production schedule.
  • Enter customer purchase orders and create job orders in the Made 2 Manage system.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers as needed.
  • Print production tags and labels daily for production lines.
  • Enter daily labor data into the Made 2 Manage system.
  • Manage Change Notice rollouts.
  • Create part numbers, Bill of Materials, and update routing information.
  • Generate shipping load sheets, Bills of Lading (BOL), and packing slips.
  • Conduct cycle counting and inventory management tracking through the Made 2 Manage software system.
  • Perform monthly inventory control and data entry.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.

Compensation

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
