Production Operations Manager - Veteran Wanted

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the production team, including supervisors, operators, and support staff, to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the manufacturing facility.

  • Optimize production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement measures to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

  • Military veteran with proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated experience in production management, with a track record of meeting production targets and driving process improvements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve operational goals.
  • Solid understanding of production processes, quality control principles, and lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in using productivity software and ERP systems to manage production operations.
