Responsibilities:
- Implement strategic improvements for production, quality and labor utilization throughout the facility.
- Provide leadership to ensure effective utilization of plant personnel and equipment.
- Collaborate with functional departments in the implementation of consistent improvements.
- Plan and coordinate manufacturing operations for production, equipment, processes to final shipping of all products.
- Ensure that production is scheduled in accordance with capacity and customer requirements.
- Manage materials replenishment, quality standards, equipment PM/service and performance metrics in support of organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in operations, management, or business is highly preferred; commensurate experience will be considered.
- 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations.
- 5+ years of experience in Management and Leadership.
- Demonstrate understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
