We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and spearhead Product Marketing for our US market. The current Product Marketing Manager in this role is transitioning into a different position within the team as their skills are better aligned there so we are looking for a passionate Product Marketing professional to step into that gap. The successful candidate will have experience in a position that is highly customer/end userfacing as a lot of your time will be spent interacting with end users to identify their needs/pain points and translate them into requirements for our engineers to implement. With our product it will be imperative that this person comes from a Product Marketing background for a SaaS/B2B company or product. It will also be helpful if this person has worked with products where the software is highly interconnected as a lot of our customers have integrated our product into different software. With our current roadmap there are already 4 launches planned for the year so this individual should be highly adaptable and comfortable in a fastpaced environment. Additionally there will be up to 25% of travel involved in this role as they rotate between different Marketing teams to attend tradeshows. With that this person does not necessarily need live tradeshow exposure but will need to be confident in public speaking and having conversations with highlevel individuals with a salesapproach mindset. This person will focus heavily on the following objectives:

  • GTM strategy and business plan: Develop and execute GTM strategies and business plans. This involves market segmentation definition of user and buyer personas positioning and differentiation strategies crafting compelling product messaging to set us apart from competitors establishing a pricing strategy defining sales channels and creating a customer acquisition plan.
  • Internal teams enablement and support: Educate and empower various teams (Marketing SDR Sales Tech Support) by providing them with insights from market and personas research delivering compelling sales tools and conducting engaging internal training programs.
  • User feedback provisioning: Gather and provide user feedback to enhance product features and design improve user experience and influence the product roadmap. This includes structuring collaborative processes for internal and external feedback through focus groups and customer advisory boards.
  • User product adoption and satisfaction: Coordinate and produce relevant user assistance training and other productrelated materials. Ensure consistency across regions and align with evolving user needs.

Requirements:

  • B2B SaaS Product Management/Marketing experience
  • Experience developing GTM Strategies
  • User feedback provisioning
  • Strong communication and sense of autonomy

Pluses:

  • Bilingual: big preference on French. Spanish is also a plus.
  • P2P Automation or Accounting software industry/product knowledge
