We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Product Designer at Measured.com, you will play a critical role in shaping the design of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centered designs. You will have the opportunity to lead design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and contribute to the overall product strategy.
Lead the end-to-end design process for new features and products, from concept to final execution.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and solve complex user problems.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business goals and user needs.
Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Advocate for and implement best practices in design, usability, and accessibility.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products remain innovative and competitive.
5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across various platforms.
Proficiency in Figma design and prototyping tool.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in an Agile or Lean environment is a plus.
Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a bonus.
Proven ability to execute at a high level in a remote environment.
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
