Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Product Designer at Measured.com, you will play a critical role in shaping the design of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centered designs. You will have the opportunity to lead design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and contribute to the overall product strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for new features and products, from concept to final execution.

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and solve complex user problems.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business goals and user needs.

  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on feedback.

  • Advocate for and implement best practices in design, usability, and accessibility.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products remain innovative and competitive.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across various platforms.

  • Proficiency in Figma design and prototyping tool.

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working in an Agile or Lean environment is a plus.

  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a bonus.

  • Proven ability to execute at a high level in a remote environment.

  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
