Job Summary
- The Nurse Practitioner operates as an established medical authority in a collaborative care team environment with physicians, and the Physician Assistant works under the supervision of the APP Executive Medical Director and designated Family Medicine Physician. Prepares and records patient's history, performs physical examinations and formulates treatment plans for patients. Participates in management of patient's care by facilitating, expediting and coordinating routine diagnostic procedures, writing orders for appropriate medical care and determining needs for consultation. Triages patient calls and returns patient calls in conjunction with the physicians.

Requirements
- Prior experience and knowledge, at least 3 years experience
- OR licensure required
- MS degree required
