Reporting to a Primary Care Clinic Director with collaborative support from an Ambulatory Medical Director, the Primary Care Ambulatory Clinic Nurse Practitioner NP will partner daily with welcoming nurses, skilled medical assistants, care coordinators, behavioral health consultants, pharmacists, and a diverse interdisciplinary team.
