What you'll be doing:
Managing daily clinic functions and ensuring a safe, efficient, OSHA-compliant, and welcoming environment for pets, clients, and staff.
Leading budgeting, reporting, business growth, and all budget oversight and management, including financial reporting.
Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing team. Follow all relevant HR laws. Promote a servant leadership style that fosters trust, accountability, and team well-being.
Monitoring and managing inventory supply levels, controlling costs, and collaborating with leads to maintain efficient inventory systems.
Upholding a culture of exceptional service by resolving concerns, supporting communication, addressing concerns promptly, and driving client loyalty.
Supporting growth through local outreach and smart marketing efforts, including maximizing appointment availability and promoting services.
