Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a wonderful Animal Hospital who is hiring for a Practice Manager to join their team.

This is a direct hire opportunity, offering competitive pay and benefits, working onsite. The ideal candidate has the ability to manage the daily operations of an Animal Hospital.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversees the daily operations, managing all employees on daily responsibilities and workflow. Identifying any potential areas for improvement in workflow.
2. Oversees admin duties including; expense management, loss prevention, scheduling, and inventory management and more.
3. Assists in surgeries and steps in as Vet Tech or Receptionist when needed.
4. Strongly participates in both the hiring and training of new employees.
5. Mentor employees to meet both their individual goals and company led objectives.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience practicing veterinary medicine in an Animal Hospital environment.
2. Experience assisting on a variety of surgeries.
3. Communicates professionally and effectively, especially in emotionally charged or challenging situations.
4. Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and work effectively in a team oriented environment.
5. Computer savvy.
