**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Lead daily operations of the aggregate plant to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity
+ Drive continuous improvement in production, maintenance, and quality control processes
+ Manage and develop plant personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork
+ Monitor and optimize plant performance using data-driven decision-making
+ Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a production or industrial setting
+ Strong understanding of aggregate production processes and equipment
+ Demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
+ Effective communication and problem-solving skills
+ Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
**Work Environment**
This role is based in a plant environment with exposure to outdoor weather conditions, heavy machinery, and varying noise levels. The position requires walking, standing, and climbing in operational areas.
