* Experience working with plants in controlled environments (greenhouse/growth chambers).
* Basic knowledge of plant physiology, biotechnology, and molecular biology.
* Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity (e.g., using tweezers for hand pollinations).
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to follow detailed protocols and maintain accurate records.
* Comfortable working independently and within a team-oriented environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Microsoft Teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with wheat or cereal crops.
* Familiarity with genomics or lab-based assays related to plant biology.
* Curiosity and a proactive mindset toward scientific research.
* Ability to think critically and see the big picture in research applications.

Why Join Us?
* Impactful Work: Our current experiments directly contribute to production decisions and can quickly influence real-world agricultural practices.
* Growth Opportunity: Gain valuable experience, contribute ideas, and potentially transition into a long-term or advanced research role.
* Collaborative Culture: Work alongside passionate scientists in a supportive, fast-paced research environment.
