Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated plaintiff attorney to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate would have trial experience and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients.

Responsibilities:

-Represent plaintiffs in all cases

- Conduct legal research and case analysis

- Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs

- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Admission to the State Bar in Iowa

- 3+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus in criminal law

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
