JRT is currently recruiting for a 14 month long project in the Tri-Cities, Washington area starting in January 2024.  We are looking for candidates that can weld and fit.  The project will entail working with both stainless (TIG) and carbon pipe (Stick). Opportunities for long term employment also exist with JRT. Per Diem is available for individuals from outside the area.

Job Description:

JRT is seeking an experienced pipe fitter / welder in the Tri Cities area. We are looking at candidates with experience. We're looking for someone that has accurate and precise attention to detail in their work. If you're looking to work with a great group of people and have fun everyday at work, please apply!

• Weld and fit pipe including carbon and stainless steel
• Fit and install threaded pipe
• Either certified or qualified to be certified to weld pipe in the 6G position
• 6G test is Schedule 40, 4 inch with a 6010 Root and a 7018 Cover
• SMAW and GTAW experience required
• Able to fit up piping in preparation to be welded
• Read blueprints, plans, and shop drawings
• Clean and clear debris and hazardous material from pipes as needed
• Includes installation of piping supports such as hanger/strut/all-thread etc
• Willing to help other trades as needed

• Work located in the Tri Cities, Washington
