Position Title: Picker/ Packer
Pay Rate: $23-$26 Hourly (Dependent Upon Experience)
1st Shift: 9AM-5PM

Picker/Packer will assume the responsibility of meticulously sorting materials and arranging them in their assigned locations according to the outlined instructions provided. This role demands keen attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to upholding organizational protocols.
Responsibilities:
Accurately assemble Trauma Sets by placing smaller screws and instruments into trays based on a prescribed shadow board layout.
Diligently match parts to their corresponding type of tray, ensuring high precision and attention to detail.
Perform quality checks on assembled trays to ensure that all components are correctly positioned and meet quality standards.
Utilize company implemented ERP system to log, track, and verify parts and assembled sets.
Actively participate in training and be willing to adapt to various tasks or areas within the warehouse as needed.
Actively interviewing and immediately hiring qualified individuals.
