We are looking for a motivated and experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient private practice part time in Buffalo, NY. We are offering a flexible schedule -working 1-2 days per week with the possibility of increasing hours|days in the future. We are a physical medicine office, and we utilize natural regenerative cellular therapies to treat our patients acute and chronic pain and injuries. The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner duties include joint and trigger point injections.

We have a team of medical doctors, providers, nurses, CMAs, phlebotomists, and administrative staff on hand to help provide high quality patient care. We provide concierge medicine; the patients are seeking high quality care not covered by insurance and we strive to make them comfortable and educated about the procedures so that they are satisfied in undergoing the treatments offered.
Duties:
Patient exams|consultations- orthopedic|musculoskeletal (HPI, physical exam, review pertinent medical records|imaging|reports)
Evaluate Clinical Data
Order and review appropriate tests|imaging|records- read and interpret MRI and X-rays
Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
Patient education as to diagnosis and treatment plan options
Consultation with the Supervisory physician as needed
Documentation- timely and accurate
Treatments to include Joint and trigger point injections (training will be provided)
Assist in the direction of the management of the patients care

Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
PA|NP license in NY
5 years experience in Joint and Trigger point injections required
Orthopedic| Physical Med and Rehab or Family medicine background is preferred

Compensation:
$900 per day

Schedule:
1-2 days per week (preferably up to 20 hours)
Flexible days (Wednesday- Friday)
