Salary Range: $39.01 - $52.72

Summary of Duties: Provide professional physical therapy under the supervision and direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Will work in areas throughout the hospital system including the main hospital tower, Morris Hyman Critical Care pavilion and the Institute for Joint Restoration and Research. Shifts include day, evening, and weekend rotation.

Educational Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program or training experience accepted by the Physical Therapy Board of California.

Licensure/Certification Requirements: Holds, or is eligible for, current California license issued by the CA Dept of Consumer Affairs PT Board. Current AHA BLS required.

Experience Requirements: Successful completion of internship in physical disabilities setting. 1-2 years experience in acute care setting.

Special Skills or Abilities: Acute care Physical Therapy: ortho, neuro, wounds, short term rehab.
