Job Description

Our client is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team in Sanford, NC. This role is responsible for providing both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services, including evaluations, assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing care to restore function and prevent disability. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to patient-centered care and committed to improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform outpatient and inpatient evaluations, assessments, and develop treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability.
• Document all patient-related information in a timely manner and ensure accurate billing per departmental and insurance guidelines.
• Participate in departmental operations, including budgeting, clinical quality initiatives, infection control, safety programs, and team-building efforts.
• Provide 60% inpatient/acute care in the hospital during mornings and work in the outpatient clinic in the afternoons.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (required).
• North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Licensure (required).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification (required within 30 days of hire).

Nice to Haves:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (preferred).

Location:  Sanford, NC  

Salary: $76,000 – $87,000 per year.
