Key Responsibilities:

Increase Personal Training Revenue:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the personal training segment of our business.
- Promote and sell personal training packages to members and prospects.
Fitness Consultations:
- Conduct fitness consultations to assess the needs and goals of potential clients.
- Design personalized fitness plans to help clients reach their objectives.
Membership Sales Assistance:
- Assist with membership sales.
- Provide information about club services, amenities, and membership options.
Contact Personal Training Prospects:
- Follow up with leads and inquiries related to personal training.
- Schedule consultations and personal training sessions.
Assist in Club Marketing:
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute local marketing campaigns.
- Engage in community outreach to promote the club and its services.
Assist in maintaining Cleanliness of the Gym:
- Ensure that all areas of the gym are kept clean, safe, and organized.
- Uphold the club's standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in personal training, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of fitness and health principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer service.
- Certification in personal training (preferred).
