Job Title: Personal Training Manager/Club Assistant Location: Anytime Fitness Robinson Job Type: Full Time Job Description: Are you passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals? Do you have a knack for sales and a commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment? Anytime Fitness Robinson is looking for a dedicated and motivated Personal Training Manager/Club Assistant to join our team! Key Responsibilities: * Increase Personal Training Revenue:

Develop and implement strategies to grow the personal training segment of our business.
Promote and sell personal training packages to members and prospects.

Fitness Consultations:

Conduct fitness consultations to assess the needs and goals of potential clients.
Design personalized fitness plans to help clients reach their objectives.

Membership Sales Assistance:

Assist with membership sales.
Provide information about club services, amenities, and membership options.

Contact Personal Training Prospects:

Follow up with leads and inquiries related to personal training.
Schedule consultations and personal training sessions.

Assist in Club Marketing:

Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute local marketing campaigns.
Engage in community outreach to promote the club and its services.

Assist in maintaining Cleanliness of the Gym:

Ensure that all areas of the gym are kept clean, safe, and organized.
Uphold the club's standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in personal training, sales, or a related field.
Strong understanding of fitness and health principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer service.
Certification in personal training (preferred).
