Job Description

Buscamos un conserje que cuide el edificio y lleve a cabo tareas de limpieza, mantenimiento y seguridad.

El objetivo es mantener nuestro edificio limpio y ordenado.

Responsabilidades

Limpiar y suministrar áreas designadas del edificio (limpiar el polvo, barrer, aspirar, fregar, limpiar las salidas de aire del techo, limpiar los servicios, etc.)
Realizar y documentar actividades rutinarias de mantenimiento e inspección
Llevar a cabo tareas de limpieza profunda y proyectos especiales
Avisar de la gestión de las deficiencias que se produzcan o de la necesidad de reparaciones
Hacer ajustes y reparaciones menores
Abastecer y mantener salas de suministro
Colaborar con el resto del personal
Seguir las normativas de salud y de seguridad.

Requisitos

Proficiente en espanol
Ganas de trabajar y aprender
Pro activo
Ser mayor de edad. 18+
