Personal Assistant to Founder/CEO

Join us at the intersection of business, strategy, and opportunity. We are seeking a highly capable, discreet, and resourceful Personal Assistant to partner directly with a shareholder. In this role, you will be the shareholders trusted point of contact managing priorities, ensuring seamless coordination, and enabling high-impact decisions.

What Youll Do

• Act as the shareholders right hand managing schedules, communications, and travel with precision
• Coordinate projects, follow up on key initiatives, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple businesses
• Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations for board meetings and strategic discussions
• Conduct market research and provide concise insights to inform investment and operational decisions
• Liaise with Companys C-levels, team and external partners to align on priorities
• Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
• 3+ years experience in executive/business support
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Russian
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, while managing multiple priorities

• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• A proactive, adaptable professional with impeccable discretion
