Responsibilities: Assess, instruct and prepare patients prior to surgeryTake and record vital signsInitiate IV and ensure patients are informed about their procedureAssess patients post-operative status by monitoring vital signs and utilizing the Aldrete scorePrepare patients for discharge in a timely and thorough manner to maintain patient flowMust be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environmentKnowledge of sterile technique preferred but not requiredNo weekend/holidays
