This reflects our dedication to quality care and provides our clinicians with the security and peace of mind needed to focus on the well-being of our clients. Our salary structure is designed to prioritize job satisfaction and a healthy work-life balance. We believe that the best care comes from clinicians who are well-supported, not overworked. • Professional Growth: More opportunities for specialized training, continuing education, and certification in specific pediatric therapy areas (e.g., feeding therapy, sensory integration).
  • Ability to Work Closely with Parents: Outpatient settings allow therapists to work directly with parents, involving them and other family members in the treatment plan and helping them understand how to support their child's progress at home fostering better long-term outcomes.
  • Access to More Resources: Clinics often provide access to more advanced therapeutic equipment and resources tailored for pediatric care.
