Pediatric Private Duty Nurse - Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Private Duty Nurse- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Home Health Nursing Team to provide individualized physician directed care to pediatric patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and be able to work independently.
Job Types: Full-Time and Part-Time openings
Shifts Available: Day, Night, Weekdays, And/or Weekends

Duties
- Responsible for delivering quality skilled care to the pediatric population in the home setting for 8–12 hour shifts
- Enables child to remain at home with their family instead of an in-patient facility
- Care for clients that have serious illnesses or disabilities may be recovering from serious injuries or extensive surgery
- Will be expected to assess their clients' conditions during every visit. This may include taking a client's vital signs, care and maintenance of gastrostomy tubes, seizure activity monitoring, tracheostomy care and maintenance, and/or care and maintenance of CPAP/BiPAP/ventilators.
