Position Overview: The Payroll Clerk is responsible for processing payroll for various locations, maintaining payroll records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and addressing payroll related inquiries. Responsibilities:

• Process payrolls for all employees, adhering to federal, state, and company regulations.
• Reconcile and review employee timesheets to ensure all worked hours are accurately recorded and any discrepancies are promptly resolved.
• Provide clear communication and support to employees regarding payroll matters. Assist employees with payroll inquiries, including explanations of pay, deductions, and benefits.
• Maintain confidentiality of all payroll and employee records.

• Provide accurate preparation and process of various payrolls for weekly pay groups for over 600 employees.
• Attention to detail with the ability to process large volumes of data with high accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, and government agencies.
• The ability to investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and other issues.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office is a must.
• Experience with payroll software (NETCHEX) is preferred but not required.

• High School diploma or GED is the minimum requirement.
• Previous experience in payroll processing and basic accounting is preferred.

• Full Time in office position
• Entry level position
• Occasional overtime may be required to meet payroll deadlines.
