Position Status : Full-time, permanent (onsite)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Salary: 75k-80k

Technical Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in a similar role
- Fashion Design Diploma or diploma in garment techniques
- Fluent in English, French is an asset
- Experience with any pattern-making software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
The responsibilities will include the following:
- Designing a balanced pattern
- Writing the specification sheets and sewing guidelines for each sample
- Securing the quality of patterns
- Ensuring that the samples produced match the original sketch
- Examining the technical designer’s sketches
- Performing size grading
- Making corrections when needed
- Communicating with other departments
