The Patient Experience Specialist (PXS) works to improve the overall experience of patients and their families in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Mountains Community Hospital and the principles of quality improvement. The PXS will become well versed in patient satisfaction measurement, process improvement, survey administration, national best practices and other topics related to patient experience. The PXS reviews and analyzes data from a variety of sources, serves as an internal consultant, and partners with operational leaders to improve performance.
