Ministry Description:
The Pastor for Youth Ministries will be a key member of the pastoral staff and will have a positive impact on the lives of many youths. This position can grow into a full-time position as the ministry grows and expands. That person will primarily minister in the following areas:
Oversee, develop and help in the Youth Ministry.
Disciple and mentor the youth.
Enlist, train and work with leaders to do the ministry.
Coordinate, organize and plan the summer activities for the youth.
Discover and develop new ways to reach the youth in the community.
Work along side the English Pastor to assist in a variety of other ministry opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
1.A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and agreement with basic Baptist beliefs.
2.A passion for ministering to youth.
3.A Masters degree (or equivalent relevant experience) or higher in Christian Education.
4.2 + years of Youth Ministry experience preferred.

Compensation:
$38,000-$45,000/ yr., based on experience
