Job Description

The Pastor of Children's Ministries is responsible for discipling the next generation of Christ-followers by providing leadership in planning, conducting, and evaluating a Christ-centered program for children ages birth through 5th grade. The PCM should be someone who is passionate about ministry to children and motivated to invest in their spiritual growth. The PCM works closely with the Executive Team to set the direction, priorities and vision of Children's Ministries and is responsible for their strategic implementation in alignment with the overall church vision. The PCM works cooperatively with all ministries and in partnership with Student Ministries to encourage ministry to families. As with all members of the Dayspring staff, the character of the PCM should be marked by authenticity, transparency and a teachable spirit.

Salary: $ 30,000.00 Per Year
