Respond to initial client inquiries via phone and email, providing information about our services, menus, and pricing.
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system.
Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling site visits, tastings, and meetings.
Communicate effectively with clients to confirm event details, collect payments, and ensure a smooth planning process.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.
Assist with marketing efforts, such as social media management, email campaigns, and event promotion.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution.
