No high school diploma or GED but looking for a career in manufacturing?

A growing packaging manufacturer in Alliance, who values hard workers, is looking for 2 nd Packers .

$15.54 Per Hour + Overtime

Monday – Friday 2 PM – 10 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Read a tape measure and accurately measure bag dimensions to ensure they are within tolerance.
• Perform quality checks.
• Bundle and pack finished bags per customer specifications.
• Maintain and complete data worksheets – including set-up time, run time, down time, production quantity/ auto count.
• Maintain a supply of boxes, headers wickets etc. to package.
• Clean work area daily.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but NOT required.

Physical Requirements

• Able to occasionally lift up to 45 lbs. and continuously lift up to 15 lbs.
• Frequent standing, up to 6-7 hours.
• Occasional bending and twisting.
• Constant horizontal reaching.
• Kneeling and squatting intermittently.
• Must be able to work in cool environment during the winter months and warm in the summer months.
