Location: 802 East Centre Park Blvd, Desoto, TX 75115
Pay: $19.00 - $21.85 per hour, depending on experience
Shift: 2 openings, all h ours subject to change based on the needs of the business.
- Wednesday - Friday from 2:45 AM to 12:45 PM or end of sort
- Thursday - Saturday from 2:45 AM to 12:45 PM or end of sort
Employment Logistics :
This position plays a crucial role in overseeing the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution. Our Lead Package Handlers are the ultimate team players. They work closely with Sort and Operations M anage rs to train new hires, support business metrics, and uphold company values.

The Must-Have s :
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- At least 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of both
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Your Mission in Motion:
- Supervise offloading and sorting incoming packages for distribution and/or prepare outgoing freight for delivery.
- Train sorters to perform assigned tasks safely and accurately .
- Provide continual feedback to sorters, both positive and negative.
- Inspect packages to make sure they are safe for truck transportation.
