What We Offer:

• Trainee Pay: $650/week during your 4-6 week training if you have less than 6 months of experience.
• Experienced Pay: .48 - .61 CPM based on your driving history.
• Bonuses & Extras:
  • $65 tarping pay for each load.
  • $140/day for 1-week securement training.
• Benefits Package: Full benefits (medical, dental, 401K, PTO) starting after 30 days.
• Mileage: Drivers average 2,500 miles per week, giving you solid, consistent income.

Who We’re Looking For:

• New Grads & Experienced Drivers Welcome! Whether you're just starting or a seasoned pro, we’ve got the routes and training to get you moving.
• CDL A Holders: Must have graduated from a 120+ hour accredited truck driving school.
• Clean Record: No major accidents, DUIs, or violations in the last 5 years.
• Drug-Free: Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair drug test.
• Reliable Work History: No gaps in employment (outside school/training) in the last 10 years.

• Laredo, TX to Gaffney, SC
• Gaffney, SC to Indiana
• Indiana to Texas
• Texas to Portland, OR
• Oregon to Southern California
• Southern California to East Coast
