We're looking for experienced Class A CDL drivers to join our team and haul freight across the heartland. Enjoy the freedom of the open road with consistent home time and the chance to explore the central part of the country.

Position Details:

• Regions: Central
• Hub States: AR, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, MS, NE, OH, OK, TN, TX, WI
• Home Time: Every Two Weeks
• Shift: Both Day and Night
• Weekend Work: Yes
• Holiday Work Expectations: Work is available, but not required
• Equipment: Dry Van

Compensation Package:

• Average Earnings per Week: $1,100 - $1,300
• Mileage: 1,800 - 2,400 miles per week
• Bonus Offer: Swift Driver Performance Bonus eligible
• Short Haul Pay: Same as OTR
• Stop Pay: No stop pay
• Unload Pay: None

Load and Unload Information:

• Load Types: Live Load, Preload, Drop and Hook
• Unload Types: Live Unload

Additional Benefits:

• Favorable Information: Stay in the central part of the country, no east or west coast
• Unfavorable Information: Winter driving, variable routes

Qualifications:

• Must live within 300 miles of the specified hiring area zip codes
• This position accepts owner operators and teams
• Experienced Class A driver with at least 6 months of solo driving
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have held a US driver's license for the last 12 months
• Trainees accepted
• No special endorsements or certificates required
