Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring timely and precise fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack orders according to company standards and customer specifications.
Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before shipping.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills for order tracking.
