Title: Oracle HCM Functional Analyst

Summary

In this role you will perform Oracle HCM Functional Analyst tasks, implementing Oracle HCM Cloud. Your focus will on a large Oracle Cloud implementation, but may also involve other Oracle applications (PeopleSoft, etc.). You will continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering HCM Cloud solutions. To achieve business goals, you will collaborate with department leadership, stakeholders and colleagues (including management) regarding expectations and accountability. This will require you to leverage your strong relationship development and client management expertise.

The ideal candidate will be an Oracle HCM professional who can configure, implement and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business goals and someone who has experience participating in complex large-scale implementations within the Oracle HCM Cloud. You will have experience working through organizational change, with a demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity and innovation, including evidence of solution design. You will possess well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Assist the department in fully integrating the Oracle HCM Cloud system into its current business processes and provide input on best practices
• Review and edit functional and technical project deliverables in preparation for determination of HCM Cloud analysis and potential solutions.
• Be accountable for project accountability, risk management and internal customer satisfaction
• Provide an awareness of key Cloud Methodologies, approaches and market trends

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years’ experience with PeopleSoft HCM; including federal HR and PAR processing
• 1+ year(s) Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience
• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science or equivalent experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Oracle HCM Cloud Certification desired, SaaS or PaaS certifications
