Job Description

1. Administrative Support:

Assist the General Manager with daily tasks, including scheduling, meeting organization, and document management;
Draft and revise letters, reports, presentations, and other written materials;
Manage the General Manager's emails and communications, screening and coordinating incoming and outgoing correspondence.

2. Project Coordination:

Assist the General Manager in advancing projects, tracking project progress to ensure timely completion;
Coordinate cross-departmental communication and collaboration to ensure information flow and resource optimization;
Prepare and submit project reports, providing effective feedback and suggestions.

3. Meetings and Events:

Organize and arrange internal company meetings and events, prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and other related documents;
Coordinate external meetings and business negotiations, arrange travel plans and itineraries;
Attend meetings on behalf of the General Manager and follow up on outcomes.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect, sort, and analyze company operational data to provide decision support for management;
Compile and submit various management reports, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness;
Monitor market dynamics, organize, and report industry and competitive information. As the Assistant to the General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager, assisting in daily tasks and supporting their strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing various tasks to ensure the company's daily operations are efficient and orderly.
