The Operating Room at this hospital is a state-of-the-art facility designed to support a wide variety of surgical procedures, from routine operations to complex, high-acuity cases. With advanced technologies, including robotic-assisted surgery systems, the department is equipped to provide precise and minimally invasive treatments that improve patient outcomes and reduce recovery times. As Nurse Manager Perioperative Services, you will oversee a team of dedicated Nurses and Surgical staff committed to delivering the highest standards of care.
The Perioperative team works closely with Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, and other Healthcare professionals to ensure that each patient’s needs are met throughout the surgical process. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, staffing, and scheduling, you will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement and ensuring that safety protocols are consistently followed. The department thrives on collaboration, innovation, and patient-centered care, offering a dynamic and supportive environment for both patients and staff. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Surgical Services and plays a key role in supporting the strategic goals and operational success of the Perioperative department.
