Job Description

Are you a dynamic Nursing Leader passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager Perioperative Services to join the team. The full-time, dayshift role as the Perioperative Surgical Services RN Manager offers a unique opportunity to lead and support an outstanding Perioperative team in a modern and collaborative hospital setting. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes and grow in your nursing career, we want to hear from you!

This hospital is a comprehensive healthcare institution dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to the community. Equipped with state-of-the-art medical facilities and supported by a team of skilled Healthcare professionals, the institution fosters an environment where patients receive the highest standard of clinical care. A strong commitment to excellence is evident in innovative practices, advanced medical technologies—including the use of robotics in the Operating Room—and a compassionate approach to supporting both patients and their families.

The Operating Room at this hospital is a state-of-the-art facility designed to support a wide variety of surgical procedures, from routine operations to complex, high-acuity cases. With advanced technologies, including robotic-assisted surgery systems, the department is equipped to provide precise and minimally invasive treatments that improve patient outcomes and reduce recovery times. As Nurse Manager Perioperative Services, you will oversee a team of dedicated Nurses and Surgical staff committed to delivering the highest standards of care.

The Perioperative team works closely with Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, and other Healthcare professionals to ensure that each patient’s needs are met throughout the surgical process. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, staffing, and scheduling, you will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement and ensuring that safety protocols are consistently followed. The department thrives on collaboration, innovation, and patient-centered care, offering a dynamic and supportive environment for both patients and staff. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Surgical Services and plays a key role in supporting the strategic goals and operational success of the Perioperative department.

This opportunity is located in a vibrant, culturally rich region with access to an array of activities for all interests. Just a short drive from bustling cities, you'll have easy access to a wide variety of entertainment options, including world-class museums, fine dining, outdoor recreational activities, and historic landmarks. If you're a fan of the arts, theater, or live music, you’ll enjoy the local arts scene and theaters that host everything from Broadway shows to live performances. The area also boasts an array of beautiful parks, walking trails, and nature preserves, offering you the perfect balance of work and relaxation.

This is a unique opportunity for a Nurse Manager of Perioperative Services to join a leading healthcare organization and make a meaningful impact on patient care and the success of the surgical services team. With a collaborative, supportive work environment and the added benefit of living in a vibrant, thriving region, this position offers both professional growth and personal fulfillment. If you're ready to take on a leadership role and play a pivotal part in shaping the future of perioperative care, we encourage you to apply and become part of a dedicated team committed to excellence.
