Join Our Team as an Assistant Speech-Language Pathologist!

At Clarifi Staffing Solutions, we’re passionate about shaping the future of special education. We’re currently hiring an enthusiastic and collaborative Assistant Speech-Language Pathologist to support students for the current academic year. We are seeking a motivated professional who thrives on making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and interpret data to recommend appropriate speech-language services.
  • Design and implement evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs.
  • Conduct speech and language screenings for students with suspected communication challenges.
  • Provide consultations to educators and families to help integrate communication strategies into daily activities.
  • Support IEP development by creating meaningful goals and ensuring student placement follows proper procedures.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and other professionals to align speech-language goals with classroom and home environments.

Requirements

  • Illinois SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Previous experience in a school setting (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and follow guidance from the supervising SLP.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
