Neurosurgery OR Technician

Qualifications:

• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of neurosurgical operating room experience.
• Scrub experience in craniotomies, spinal surgeries, and complex neurosurgical cases.
• Certified Surgical Technology certification required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass pre-employment health clearance.

Duties:

• Assist neurosurgeons in high-risk procedures by ensuring proper instrumentation.
• Maintain sterile fields and infection control measures.
• Support surgical teams with precision and efficiency.
• Set up operating rooms for neurosurgical cases.
• Provide technical expertise in neurosurgery instrumentation and procedures.
