Motorcycle Sales Representative – Bull Run Harley Davidson – Manassas, VA Bull Run Harley Davidson is currently seeking to hire a sale professional with prior experience in the following industries: motorcycle sales, recreation vehicle sales, boat sales, automobile sales. The ideal candidate will own and and ride a motorcycle and have a motorcycle designation on their drives license. Passion for Harley Davidson motorcycles is a plus. Motorcycle Sales Representative  Responsibilities:

• Sales Representatives spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss motorcycle options
• Sales Representatives commit to becoming a sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of Harley Davidson brand and technology
• Sales Representatives demonstrate industry leading features
• Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used motorcycles
• Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail
• Support on-line customers by setting appointments
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

• Motorcycle license is required for this position

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Motorcycle Sales Representative Job Requirements:

• The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed.
• Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
• Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person”)
• Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• Weekend availability is needed as well as some evening hours
• Valid U.S. Driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement
