Mobile Billing and Inventory Agent Location Phoenix, AZ : Overview:

Under general supervision, the Mobile Billing and Inventory Agent is responsible for billing Mobile Van sales to customer AR accounts, working with the Mobile Account Agents and Accounts Receivable to manage account transactions and customer inquiries/disputes, and billing through third party applications. The Mobile Billing/Inventory Agent will also be responsible for working with the Mobile Vans to retrieve product from our brick-and-mortar stores, or our local and national vendors, as well as working with Regional Inventory Analysts to maintain consistent inventory levels for each Mobile Van.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Oversees all billing operations for the Mobile Vans
- Manages inventory levels via cross-dock by communicating with the Regional Inventor Analyst
- Resolves customer billing disputes and refunds by working with Accounts Receivable and the Mobile Account Agent
- Prepares vehicle inspection reports for the Mobile Account Agent
- Collaborates with the Mobile Account Agent and Mobile Van to order product on demand from stores and vendors
- Processes third party billing through external applications (Auto Integrate, Holman, Michelin, Fluid)
- Facilitates the most efficient routes for Mobile Vans when picking up inventory and servicing customer locations
- Audits Mobile Van inventory on a quarterly basis
- Assists Mobile Account Agents with keeping accurate and up to date client information in the CRM
- Other assigned duties
Qualifications - Two years related experience in billing or inventory management
- SalesForce and auto-industry experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Proficient in general computer skills, navigating and using an operating system
- Ability to generate and navigate Excel reports
- Ability to communicate effectively to a team and upper management
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and demonstrate attention to detail
- Advanced problem-solving skills
Educational Requirements - This position requires an Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
Work Days
Normal work days are Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary. Work Hours Normal work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be necessary.
