Job Description

While we are a true mixed animal practice, the majority of our caseload is small animal. We are looking for either a true mixed animal doctor or a small animal doctor who is willing to see some large animal emergencies after hours. All on-call doctors have a back up to call in for help or to ask questions.  While we don’t offer an official mentorship program there is always another doctor available for assistance. On-call is shared equally by all veterinarians including the owners.

Details of the practice are as follows:

• 70% small animal, 20% bovine, 5% equine, and 5% small ruminant, swine & camelids
• In house chemistry, CBC, T4, TSH and Cortisol
• Portable x-ray and ultrasound
• Digital x-ray processor
• Cold laser
• Power equine dental float
• Haul in cattle and equine facilities
• Ambulatory vehicle provided

• Annual income range of $100,000-120,000 depending on experience and on-call
