Job Title: Mid/Senior Level Associate – Private Equity Group
Location: New York, Philadelphia, or Boston (Hybrid)
Salary: $260,000 - $435,000 plus bonus
Overview: Our client, an AM100 law firm, is seeking highly qualified mid to senior-level associates (class of 2021 or later) to join their Private Equity Group. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in corporate and transactional law, demonstrating a strong ability to work both collaboratively in teams and independently manage components of transactions.
